Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These T&C apply to participation in Level Up Your Ride, a digital cycling training programme provided by Pro Velo Switzerland.
2. Participation
Participation is open to residents of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Programme Structure
Level Up Your Ride consists of three levels and a final level. Participants answer quiz questions on cycling knowledge and receive a certificate upon completion. Those who complete all levels are automatically entered into the prize draw.
4. Cost
Participation is free of charge.
5. Prizes and Prize Draw
The prize draw takes place at the end of the campaign. The grand prize is an e-bike, with additional prizes determined by Pro Velo Switzerland. Winners will be notified via email. If no response is received within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
Pro Velo Switzerland’s liability is limited to gross negligence and wilful misconduct. Pro Velo Switzerland does not guarantee the accuracy, precision, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on www.levelupyourride.ch. External links are not the responsibility of Pro Velo Switzerland. Any liability claims, particularly for consequential damages (such as loss of earnings, additional expenses, etc.), as well as material or immaterial damage resulting from the use or non-use of the provided information, misuse of the connection, or technical failures, are excluded.
Pro Velo Switzerland reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently suspend the website or parts of it without prior notice.
8. Changes and Termination
Pro Velo Switzerland reserves the right to modify or terminate Level Up Your Ride at any time, particularly in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
