Before and after the quiz, we’ll ask you a few questions about your cycling behaviour. Your anonymised answers help us to continuously improve the online training.

Suitable for all levels
Complete 3 different levels plus the grand finale.
A new level every week
If you score 80%, you move on to the next level.
Mistakes are OK.
You get one chance to redo any questions you have got wrong.
Score points with additional questions
If you use an e-bike or a car, there are a few additional questions.
